Seen lots of references to other blog sites on LJ just recently, but I don't think I've ever seen a link to a Spuffy fic on one. Am I missing out? Is there swathes of fic I've not read yet away from LJ?

Hi. I saw you'd friended me, though I only have one Spuffy fic to my name, but you're from Oxford and so am I and I see from your user info we went to the same school (though undoubtedly years apart).

Strange coincidence. D'you mean Milham Ford? Left a couple of years before it closed down. Or donnington, which was demolished last year?
And of course it's okay. It may only be one Spuffy fic but it's a very nice one and sometimes I branch out into Slash, when it's that well written.

Yes, I meant Milham Ford, though being so ancient myself, I finished there in 1976.

My daughter is a student at Oxford now and next year she'll be living just across the road from the school.

Heh! Seems like there's no escape from high school (as Buffy found out in season 7).

Did you have Miss Shaw? She retired after thrity years I think while I was there.

That's the one. Kinda sad the school's gone, it's some private training college now I think.

Well, at least it's still there. I think they were going to knock it down but then someone found a rare plant in the grounds and the place got protection because of it.
