why wouldn't Buffy have given Spike his new boots at the Magic Box so he had them to wear on the walk home?
Umm.... because when I was looking for a lighter way to end their conversation that's the only thing that occurred to me and I totally forgot that meant the poor sod must have been walking home in bare feet again. My bad, although I'm entirely going to blame Buffy. She forgot, heartless bitch.....
