My little brother made me read the first 4 Harry Potter books, they're okay but not something I'd go mad about. Lord of the Rings is my Emma, I read when I was too young to really follow and haven't ever gone back to it. Douglas Adams is hysterically funny and definitely falls into the fantasy catagory, I'd love to be able to read it again for the first time.
