Yeah, I get nothing at BS Central, except when the BSV was down. When it closed for a while, I guess everyone got used to posting and reading elsewhere, I know I don't check the fic there, because it's almost always just duplicates of what I've already read on TSR. Why don't you post at TSR? (http://www.spikeluver.com/SpuffyRealm/) Personally, I don't get as many reviews there as I do at BSV but they're generally more sensible! And it's much easier to navigate for people who don't have time for LJ.
