You freaking crack me up! And I don't think there is anything wrong with the shoe issue. Yes, buffy had designer shoes THAT HER PARENTS BOUGHT HER. She's not going to have cash for shoes for spike, especially since it's the beginning of season seven, after the year from hell, when she's worried about paying the mortgage with a FAST FOOD PAYCHECK. I really think some readers completely ignore where we are at in the timeline. Designer shoes was So season TWO when her DADDY BOUGHT THEM! Not the year of, "I came back from heaven, want to die and have been flipping burgers."
And yes, OMWF WAS a spell induced kiss, you didn't say all the sexcapades were spell induced, only what started it was. (some people are freaking psychotic seriously, and all you can do is point and laugh and wish you were a monkey so you could throw poo at them.)
